LoftLife’s “Loft Tours”

The NYC-to-Philadelphia creative exodus continues. When I’d first heard about this trend a few years ago, I thought the same thing as you--why? Then you see photos of the types of lofts you can get there, vs. the price-points of NYC spaces, and it becomes a little more clear.
