Every time I hear the word Fahgettaboutit the image of Hugh Grant butchering a Brooklyn accent comes to mind. If you want to go the whole hog and just GUARANTEE people won’t be messing with your (or the giftee’s) ride, you might want to throw in a few more ducketts and go with the Kryptonite New York Legend Chain - On sale for $120 here. This thing is impenetrable.On the flip side, you’ll probably not want to carry this thing too far - this is more for if you’re looking to park your ride outside for any length of time. (The Abus lock in the above image is an average chain lock in comparison so you can see how hefty these things are) Also note that no part of the lock (yellow) is visible, hence no vulnerable sports for a hacksaw or boltcutters to snap.
